Our Services
Do you do interior or exterior waterproofing?
Both. Depending on what's letting water in, we use interior drainage and sump pumps, or exterior excavation, waterproof coatings and silicone spray. We'll explain which suits your home and why.
Can you repair cracks in my foundation walls?
Yes. We repair basement and foundation wall cracks with foam and epoxy injections, carbon-fiber straps and wall plates, choosing the method that fits the crack and the wall.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. Along with homes, we waterproof businesses, churches, schools, colleges and government buildings, with systems suited to the building and minimal disruption to the people using it.
Do you waterproof crawl spaces?
Yes. We keep crawl spaces dry and control the moisture that leads to mold, musty odors and poor indoor air in the rest of the house.
Do you treat mold and mildew?
Yes. We treat mold and mildew and also deal with the moisture source that let it grow in the first place.
Should I waterproof my basement before selling my home?
It usually helps. Buyers are quick to spot water stains, mold and seepage, and a dry basement gives them usable space they can finish. Realtors are among the customers we work with regularly.
